Our School's Facilities...
We want to make you feel at home here! All are classrooms are comfortable, light and air-conditioned, and some have balconies with views of Granada. There is a computer room and a wireless internet network, we have a film room where you can watch DVDs, and a reference room.
Internet Access - We have a dedicated computer room which you can use before or after classes for emails (or anything else you want), and we also have wireless internet - so you can bring your own computer along!
Intercambios - Should you want it, we can arrange meetings between you and a Spaniard that wants to learn your language - these are usually informal chats over a coffee or something. You spend half the time speaking in each language, and that way help each other improve. Intercambios are a great way of meeting 'real' Spanish people and discovering the 'real' Spain!
Films - We have an extensive library of Spanish language films which you can watch whenever you want, but we also organise viewings for everyone together. Films are a great way to accustom yourself to typical Spanish and pick up useful phrases.

Games - Games such as Taboo are a great tool for learning a language. What's more, they help our students to relax and get to know each other!
Also, you should know that coming to Euro Estudios isn't just about learning the language. We aim not just to teach you Spanish, but to make you feel at home in Spain - to integrate you into the Spanish community as much as possible!

It takes a certain kind of person to come to a foreign country to learn its language, and because of this you will find that the Euro Estudios students tend to be exceptionally outgoing, open-minded and friendly. You certainly won't lack for friends! |
OUR SCHOOL
Euro Estudios Granada is a private Spanish language school. Located in the centre of the city, we are only 15 minutes away from the Alhambra and the Albaycin - the old Arabic quarter of Granada. We use modern teaching methods, and our teachers are highly competent and enthusiastic. All classrooms are air-conditioned.
TEACHERS WHO CAN REALLY TEACH
While anyone can study for a Spanish teaching qualification by learning all the theory required, it takes a special type of person to be a good teacher. We all remember good teachers because of the enormous effect that they can have on us. And so, while all our teachers are of course fully professionally qualified, we make sure they are also interesting, engaging people that have a special gift for making learning as easy as possible.
THE CLASSES
Every teacher in our Spanish language school has an university degree in Spanish and is professionally qualified specifically for teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Their knowledge and experience ensure that our students learn rapidly. We use a direct method and all classes are carried out entirely in Spanish. Our method always produces excellent results.
We provide the students with all the educational materials that are necessary at the start of the course. A lot of emphasis is placed on the student's oral communication (you will learn to speak Spanish) and we use specific exercises in order to improve all areas of skill. In addition, we use TV, music, magazines, newspapers and linguistic games to further explore the many different ways in which language can be used.
ACTIVITIES & EXCURSIONS
Learning Spanish doesn't end at the door of the classroom, especially not when you're in Spain! Spanish language schools should teach more than just Spanish! We organise lots of things to help you discover Spanish culture, such as:
Free guided tours of Granada
Tapas tours
Parties
Films
Flamenco dancing
Paella-making
And we also provide excursions to other places near Granada and other Spanish cities:
Sierra Nevada: The highest mountain range in mainland Spain is very near to Granada. It is the sunniest ski resort in Europe and it hosted the World Ski Championships in 1996.
Costa Tropical: The area of coast that is nearest to Granada is known as the tropical coast thanks to its climate, which allows the cultivation of tropical fruit such as avocadoes, mangoes, custard apple, bananas etc. There are also many beautiful sandy beaches.
Córdoba and Sevilla: Two of the most beautiful cities not just in Andalusia but in the whole of Spain!
